Frazier. Our mission is to advance upstream violence prevention through youth development, healing-centered experiences and community engagement.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"314\" data-end=\"522\">We design evidence-informed experiences that strengthen protective factors and equip young people ages 12\u201325 with the skills, confidence, relationships and opportunities needed to thrive before
