Our Mission
One Family One Fight is a New Jersey nonprofit founded by Kimberly Janel Banks in honor of her middle son, Samaad Z. Frazier. Our mission is to advance upstream violence prevention through youth development, healing-centered experiences and community engagement.
We design evidence-informed experiences that strengthen protective factors and equip young people ages 12–25 with the skills, confidence, relationships and opportunities needed to thrive before crisis occurs.
