Youth Over Guns™

A Violence Prevention Movement by One Family One Fight, Inc.

Protecting Youth. Preventing Violence. Building Legacy. Turning Pain Into Purpose.

Youth Over Guns™ (YOG) is a trauma-informed violence prevention movement focused on stopping violence before it starts by strengthening youth identity, leadership, emotional resilience, and opportunity.

This is more than a program. It’s a movement for safer futures.

Why Youth Over Guns Exists

Too many systems respond after violence happens.

YOG focuses on early prevention, addressing root causes such as trauma, grief, disconnection, and lack of opportunity before harm escalates.

We believe violence prevention starts with:

  • Strong identity
  • Emotional regulation
  • Positive mentorship
  • Leadership development
  • Healing-centered support
  • Purpose and opportunity
